I skipped running yesterday to give my body a break. I’m sure its in shock after kind of being thrown back into workout mode after such a long hiatus.
Porter woke up at 7am this morning while camping, so I decided we’d get up and go for an early run. I don’t know how far we ran, but it seemed similar in distance to yesterday. It was a little easier to run today, and I felt like I ran longer in between walking breaks.
